Mohanlal hospitalized in Kochi due to high fever, breathing issues

Malayalam superstar Mohanlal has been admitted to a private hospital in Kochi after experiencing a high fever and difficulty breathing.
The 64-year-old actor was admitted to the Amrita Institute of Medical Science after he returned from Gujarat, where he was shooting for L2 Empuraan, reported OTTPlay.
He had also completed post-production work on his directorial debut Barroz.

Mohanlal suspected to have viral respiratory infection
According to an official statement from the Amrita Institute of Medical Science shared on social media, Mohanlal is suspected to have a viral respiratory infection. He also complained of generalized myalgia (muscle pain).
The actor has been advised to take medications for the fever and infection and rest for five days.
The medical team has also advised him to avoid crowded places until he recovers completely.
