'Macherla Niyojakavargam': Nithiin, Krithi Shetty's actioner gets gripping teaser
Macherla Niyojakavargam teaser is here! Makers released it to celebrate the leading man Nithiin's birthday. The film has Krithi Shetty and Catherine Tresa as the female leads. From the teaser, we could understand that this film will be an action drama. MS Raja Shekhar Reddy is at the helm of this movie. Macherla Niyojakavargam is slated to hit the theaters on July 8.
Why does this story matter?
Nithiin was seen in three films last year. The first to release was Check, followed by Rang De (co-starring Keerthy Suresh), and Maestro (the Telugu remake of Bollywood film Andhadhun). While his performance in Maestro was praised, the other two were theatrical releases that did not do well, so Nithiin desperately needs a hit. Macherla Niyojakavargam might be able to break that jinx.
What does the teaser show?
The teaser opens with a gang of men dressed as tigers and armed with sickles. A thumping background music welcomes us and soon we see Nithiin dodging their attacks pretty effortlessly. Then, he hunts down the opponents one by one, bringing them down single-handedly. Nithiin wears a black shirt and jeans and looks dapper. The teaser ends with his penetrative gaze at the camera.
What did we not like in the teaser
The visuals in this teaser engage you but Nithiin's pale expressions leave you unimpressed. He will be seen as an IAS officer in Macherla Niyojakavargam, who gets appointed as the Collector of Guntur district, so he is supposed to look fierce and formidable. But, he, instead looks a bit comical and overdramatic. No other actors make appearance in the teaser.
What do we know of the film?
Touted as a commercial entertainer, Macherla Niyojakavargam will be set against a political background. Sreshth Movies is financially backing the project in association with Aditya Movies & Entertainments. Anal Arasu master has choreographed the action sequences. Prasad Murella has cranked the camera, while Mahati Swara Sagar has composed the music for this Telugu film. Its audio jukebox will be out on Aditya Music.
