In her post, Ray wrote, "Here we go again @airindia My father is 92, unwell...Submitted doctor's letter and the waiver was denied? Where is the empathy from an airline that is claiming to care about passengers???"

After Ray took to social media to complain, Air India responded through their own social media account.
In her reply, Ray shared a screenshot of the airline's booking website which said no medical waiver was available. The screenshot also showed that her father was hospitalized.
