Always hoped I'll make it to runway as showstopper: Kangana
Kangana Ranaut's rise in the movies as one of the best female actors of this generation and her sartorial fashion choices has also made her a ramp favorite. On the sidelines of Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2018, Kangana said that as an aspiring actor, she always had a vision that one day she will make it to the runway as a showstopper. Here's more.
Kangana walked the ramp for Pankaj & Nidhi
"I used to wake up in the night nervous and stand in front of the mirror and impersonate the walk which I would see on Fashion TV. So, I remember working very hard and hoping that I will make it someday," Kangana said. At the Lakme event, the 'Rangoon' actor walked the ramp for Pankaj & Nidhi in the show presented by Nokia.
Had the habit of working really hard, says 'Fashion' actor
Kangana, who played a supermodel in Madhur Bhandarkar's critically-acclaimed film 'Fashion', said as a kid the idea of walking the ramp always fascinated her and she used to practice it in front of the mirror. The 31-year-old actor said she didn't have any guarantee she will make it big in the entertainment industry but hoped she will get accepted and rehearsed in the night.
