'Khel Khel Mein' has no takers; collects ₹53L on Day-22
The Bollywood film Khel Khel Mein, directed by Mudassar Aziz, has witnessed a slow performance at the box office over its first 21 days. The movie has reportedly earned an estimated ₹31.35cr in India net collections during this period. On its 22nd day (Thursday), the film added around ₹0.53cr to its total earnings, bringing the overall collection to approximately ₹31.88cr.
'Khel Khel Mein' witnessed fluctuating collections during initial days
The film's box office journey has been marked by significant fluctuations. It started strong with a collection of ₹5.05cr on its first day but saw a sharp decline of 59.41% on the second day, earning only ₹2.05cr. The third and fourth days brought some respite with collections rising to ₹3.1cr and ₹3.85cr respectively, marking an increase of 51.22% and 24.19%.
'Khel Khel Mein' experienced a downward trend in second week
The second week of Khel Khel Mein's theatrical run saw a downward trend in collections. The ninth day brought in ₹0.7cr, marking a 30% decrease from the previous day. However, the film managed to bounce back over the weekend with collections of ₹1.35cr and ₹1.75cr on the 10th and 11th days respectively. Despite this brief surge, the overall second-week collection was significantly lower at ₹6.85cr, marking a drop of 64.6% from the first week's earnings.
'Khel Khel Mein' maintained steady collections in third week
The third week of Khel Khel Mein's theatrical run saw relatively steady collections. The film earned ₹0.65cr on its 16th day, followed by a significant increase to ₹1.25cr on the 17th day, marking a rise of 92.31%. The 18th day brought in ₹1.5cr, but the collections dipped again to ₹0.55cr and ₹0.6cr on the 19th and 20th days respectively. The film maintained this pace with a collection of ₹0.6cr on its 21st day as well.
'Khel Khel Mein' recorded 21.7% Hindi occupancy on Day 22
On its 22nd day, Khel Khel Mein recorded an overall Hindi occupancy of 21.7%. The highest occupancy was observed during the afternoon shows at 30.02%, followed by night shows at 20.4%, morning shows at 17.37%, and evening shows at 19%. Among major regions, the National Capital Region (NCR) and Bengaluru reported the highest occupancies of 32.5% and 32% respectively, while Mumbai and Pune recorded lower occupancies of around just over or under one-fifth of their total capacity.
