Kelce Brothers score big: $100M Amazon deal for 'New Heights'
Jason and Travis Kelce, the renowned football siblings, have signed a lucrative deal with Amazon's Wondery, which now holds exclusive ad-sales and distribution rights to their popular weekly podcast New Heights. The agreement is reportedly worth over $100M and spans three years. Starting Wednesday (August 28), Wondery will have worldwide distribution rights to all audio and video episodes of New Heights, including past content.

In addition to distribution, Wondery has secured exclusive rights to create international audio adaptations of New Heights. The company will also be able to monetize and distribute audio and video podcast episodes. The deal includes ad-free listening for Wondery+ subscribers, live streams, and rights to develop, manufacture, license, and distribute all merchandise based on New Heights, including new consumer products.

The Kelce brothers expressed their enthusiasm about the partnership with Wondery in a statement. "We love this show, and the fanbase that has grown with us over the last two seasons. They also mentioned their eagerness to create "groundbreaking moments" through this collaboration.
Wondery CEO commends 'New Heights' cultural impact
Wondery CEO Jen Sargent acknowledged the company's interest in the Kelce brothers' podcast since its inception at the start of the NFL's 2022-23 season. "On the surface, New Heights is a sports podcast, but it's become a cultural phenomenon," she said. The show features the Super Bowl champion siblings discussing life on and off the field, debating various topics, and hosting celebrity guest interviews.
'New Heights' among top-ranking podcasts
New Heights consistently ranks among the most popular podcasts on both Apple Podcast and Spotify charts. It was also named Podcast of the Year at the 2024 iHeartPodcast Awards. The Kelce brothers have other media ventures outside of football. Travis is hosting a 20-episode season of Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? for Amazon Prime Video, while Jason has joined ESPN's Monday Night Countdown pregame show as a commentator following his recent retirement from the NFL.
