Katrina: Marriage was on my mind, but it didn't work
It's raining weddings in Bollywood these days with several leading ladies taking the plunge. And while the industry is celebrating love, Katrina Kaif has also opened up on her wedding plans. The actress, who was once in a serious relationship with Ranbir Kapoor, said that marriage was on her mind back then. But things didn't work as she expected. Here's more on what she said.
Katrina is at peace with her destiny
Life doesn't come easy for many and so is the case with Katrina who confessed that things didn't turn out the way she had hoped. However, she also emphasized that she was at peace with destiny and didn't stress about it. "You have to keep following the path set for you in life. Now, I've left it to the universe," Katrina added.
Katrina still believes love will find its way to her
So, has Katrina lost her faith in love? Of course not. She continues to be a strong believer of love and feels that it will find its way to her at the right time. In fact, Katrina even has a Mills & Boons kind of idea of falling in love where she would, accidentally, run into 'her man' at, say, an airport.
Katrina calls her break-up with Ranbir a blessing
Katrina-Ranbir's break-up came as a major shock for everyone. And while Katrina maintained a stoic silence over the split for two years, she recently opened up about the same. During her recent interview, she confessed that she considers the break-up as a blessing. She also mentioned that the break-up gave her a chance to focus on herself and changed her approach towards life.
Katrina's career is on a roll and we love it
Well, it seems Katrina has worked really hard on herself post her break-up. The diva has been on a roll in her professional life. Though her last release Thugs Of Hindostan opened to disappointing reviews, she kept her head down and is working hard. She will be next seen in Zero opposite Shah Rukh Khan and we have high hopes from her this time.
