I'll be the happiest girl: Kareena on Alia-Ranbir's prospective wedding
It's no secret that love-birds Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have been dating each other for quite some time, and rumors about their prospective wedding refuse to die down. Ranbir's cousin and Bollywood beauty Kareena Kapoor has also expressed her excitement about the impending union.
Karan Johar (indirectly) inquired Alia about wedding plans with Ranbir
During a star-studded session at the Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival's Movie Mela, host Karan Johar asked Alia whether she has imagined that there would be a day when Kareena might become her sister-in-law. Before Alia could come up a response, Kareena excitedly chimed in, saying, "I'll be the happiest girl in the world." However, Alia played safe and chose to dodge the question.
We cross that bridge when we come to it: Alia
Alia safely replied, "Honestly, I never thought about it. Why do we think about it now also? We cross that bridge when we come to it." However, Johar didn't want to end the conversation there, and added, "Whenever it has to happen, both Kareena and I will be exceptionally happy and we'd be standing there with a thaali."
The couple hasn't given any confirmation on their wedding yet
Reportedly, Alia and Ranbir started dating during the shoot of Brahmastra, their first collaboration. The two are often spotted together at award functions and celebrity parties. It is frequently reported that couple might be planning a wedding, but they haven't given any confirmation yet.
"Kareena strikes a beautiful balance between work and personal life"
Evidently, the two actresses are pretty fond of each other. In fact, Alia has frequently admired Kareena on record. Once again, Alia said, "She (Kareena) strikes such a beautiful balance between her work and personal life. And, she's always happy and so lovely to people. Everyone always speaks highly of her. It's a delight to work with her."
