Kapil Sharma is a happily married man now. He got married to Ginni Chatrath on December 12 last year. It was an extravagant wedding that got the nation talking; after all, Kapil enjoys a massive fan following. However, he left everyone shocked after he revealed that one of his fans gatecrashed his wedding ceremonies. Kapil made this shocking revelation on The Kapil Sharma Show.
Kapil-Ginni's wedding was a private affair
Notably, Kapil and Ginni tied the knot in a private affair in Jalandhar. The wedding was attended by the couple's family and close friends. However, much to Kapil's surprise, a man gatecrashed all his wedding functions. In fact, the uninvited guest not only greeted Kapil but also kissed him on his cheeks. The comedian admitted that he had no clue who this man was.
Kapil got rid of this 'guest' in an interesting way
Undoubtedly, Kapil was quite irked to have an uninvited guest at his wedding. In order to teach him a lesson, he intentionally nudged the man in his elbow which left him in pain. As a result, the gatecrasher didn't repeat his actions during the reception.
Kapil also gatecrashed weddings with his friends
Interestingly, Kapil too had gatecrashed several weddings during his college days. The Firangi actor made the revelation on Indian Idol 10. "During our college days, my friends and I used to go to weddings to eat good food. Once we got caught red-handed by an uncle. My friend made up a story saying that the food in our college mess got over," he added.
Ginni brings a positive change in Kapil's life
Meanwhile, Kapil's wife Ginni brought a positive change in his life. The comedian, who was once known for delaying shoots and making his guests wait on the sets, has now become punctual. Reportedly, Kapil not only begins shooting on time but also wraps it up early, so that he can reach home by 10 pm.
