Post the wedding, they also hosted a grand reception for their family and friends in Amritsar. Kapil-Ginni won hearts with their chemistry
Kapil and his new bride Ginni made a striking appearance at their wedding reception last evening. The comedian-turned-actor looked dapper in his wine colored velvet bandhgala suit with heavy gold embroidery. He complimented well with Ginni's traditional golden lehenga. While they make a perfect pair, it was their warm chemistry that won everyone's heart at the ceremony.

They had two weddings in 24 hours
Interestingly, Kapil and Ginni got married twice in 24 hours - as per Hindu and Sikh traditions. The first wedding took place as per Hindu rituals where the couple took saat pheras. For this, Kapil wore a green sherwani while Ginni wore a traditional red lehenga. This was followed by the Anand Karaj where the couple chose for a pink and white combination.
Newlyweds couple to host grand reception in Mumbai
After a grand reception in Amritsar, Kapil and Ginni are likely to host another reception in Mumbai later this month. The Mumbai reception will be attended by the couple's friends from the showbiz industry. On a related note, Kapil will soon be making his comeback with The Kapil Sharma Show. He has already begun the shooting for 'TKSS2' which will go on air soon.
