Reportedly, Kapil's daughter Amiya Dev will be seen working with Kabir as an assistant director for '83. The news was confirmed by Chirag Patil, who will be playing the role of his father Sandeep Patil in the movie. Talking about the same, he stated, "She's part of our daily training sessions since she is on the direction team. She's very involved in the process."
Ranveer is being trained by Kapil himself for '83
Meanwhile, Ranveer, who will essay the role of Kapil in the movie, has already begun his training for '83. In fact, he is being trained by Kapil himself to ensure he looks as authentic as possible. "Kapil will coach him to perfect his iconic bowling action and Ranveer will work with him to pick up all his mannerisms," a source stated.
Team to have a training schedule in Dharamshala
Interestingly, after having a training schedule in Delhi, the team of '83 will reportedly head to Dharamshala for their next training schedule. Later, Kabir and his crew will be heading to London and Scotland for the shooting of the movie.
