'Manikarnika' row: Kangana's sister Rangoli defends her against Krish's allegations
What's the story
Kangana Ranaut's Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi is setting the box office on fire.
The historical drama is inching close to Rs. 50 crore mark within four days of release.
However, Manikarnika has also been making the headlines for its numerous controversies, especially the tussle between directors Krish and Kangana.
And now, Kangana's sister Rangoli has spoken out, retaliating to Krish's allegations, in a scathing note.
Allegations
Kangana was rude all the time: Krish
Recently, Manikarnika co-director Krish, who is upset with the makers, spoke his heart out about the controversy over directorial credits.
Krish revealed how Kangana fiddled with the directorial credits and pushed him away from the director's seat.
He also alleged that she was rude and compared his version of Manikarnika to a Bhojpuri film.
"We argued but she wanted her own way," Krish asserted.
Claims
Krish rubbishes Kangana's claims of directing 'Manikarnika'
Notably, Kangana had claimed to have directed 70% of Manikarnika, which is why she took the directorial credits.
However, Krish rubbished her claims and said, "In the first half of Manikarnika, 20 to 25% film has been shot by Kangana Ranaut while in the second half only 10% was shot by her."
He also said that Kangana turned Manikarnika "from gold to silver."
Defense
Rangoli slams Krish, says 'Leave Kangana alone'
Krish's allegations didn't go down well with Kangana's sister Rangoli, who was quick to come out in Kangana's defense.
In her scornful tweet, Rangoli asked Krish to leave Kangana alone and wrote, "chalo man liya you directed the whole film, still Kangana is the leading face of Manikarnika let her enjoy this moment of her success and great appreciation, please leave her alone."
