Kangana opens 'The Mountain Story'—her Himalayan cafe with a twist!

Bollywood actor and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has ventured into the restaurant business. She recently launched her new venture called The Mountain Story—a cafe located in the lap of the Himalayas.
Through a social media post on Wednesday (February 5), Ranaut announced that the cafe will open its doors on February 14, Valentine's Day.
The establishment promises to give patrons an authentic taste of Himachali cuisine.

Describing The Mountain Story as a homage to the "nostalgia of a mother's kitchen," Ranaut, in a promotional video, presented a plate of traditional Himachali food with a contemporary twist, saying, "This is the story of my relationship with you."
The video also gave a sneak peek into the cafe's interiors decorated with local Himachali artifacts and an outdoor seating area with picturesque mountain views.

Expressing her deep-rooted connection with the mountains, Ranaut had once captioned an Instagram post: "The mountains are my bones, the rivers my veins, the forests are my thoughts, and the stars are my dreams."
In another post, she had written, "The mountain is calling, and I must answer," signifying her strong bond with nature.
This venture is a manifestation of her childhood dream coming true.
Film career
Meanwhile, Ranaut's directorial debut 'Emergency' received mixed response
On the film front, Ranaut was last seen in Emergency, a movie that marked her solo directorial debut. However, it received a mixed response and didn't do well at the box office.
Reports suggest that Ranaut has begun work on her next project—a new film with her Tanu Weds Manu co-star, R Madhavan.
