Kangana Ranaut injured on the sets of 'Manikarnika'
Actress Kangana Ranaut, who fractured her ankle while filming an action sequence on the sets of her upcoming film 'Manikarnika', was spotted at the Mumbai airport after she was discharged from the hospital in Jodhpur. The actress was escorted by her team as she arrived in a wheelchair with her right-feet positioned upwards. Despite all the pain, Kangana managed to smile for the shutterbugs.
How the accident happened?
While smiling and posing for the paparazzi with an injured leg, Kangana narrated the incident to reporters present there. "During this scene, I stumbled and injured my right ankle. There was nothing serious. It was just a sprain," she was quoted saying to a news agency. No amount of pain can really pull her down, you go, girl!
Kangana's action sequence in the film
'Manikarnika' seems to be quite an action-packed film. In the past, she has already filmed several dangerous action sequences for it and this was apparently the last sequence left for filming. Earlier in July, Kangana was reportedly injured during the shoot of a sword-fighting sequence with co-star Nihaar Pandya; there was a huge scar on her forehead. The film is co-produced by Kangana herself.
