Kangana gets into another fight, this time with a journalist
Kangana Ranaut recently got into an ugly fight with a journalist at the song launch of her next movie, Judgementall Hai Kya? Notably, the scribe had written negative reviews about Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi, which infuriated the Queen actress. Kangana was so angry that she refused to entertain any questions from that particular journalist, which worsened the situation. Here's what happened.
You've been running a smear-campaign against me, Kangana to journo
It all started when the journalist introduced himself and Kangana accused him of slamming her film. "You were bashing Manikarnika. Have I done anything wrong by making a film on nationalism? You called me a jingoistic woman who's making a film on nationalism," she said. She further said, "You have been running a smear campaign against me." The journalist was quick to retort.
Journo, Kangana got into a heated verbal fight
On his part, he said that Kangana cannot make such accusations just because she is at a position of power. A heated argument ensued, and Kangana said, "You came to interview me during Manikarnika, spent at least three hours, we had lunch together." "However, things changed drastically after that. You had messaged me also, so don't tell me I'm trying to intimidate you."
Ekta Kapoor had to intervene and calm everybody
The journalist contradicted the Tanu Weds Manu actress' claims, saying that he never messaged her, and that the interview lasted for only 30 minutes. The situation went from bad to worse when other reporters too got involved in the fiasco, after which producer Ekta Kapoor calmed the tensed nerves. Meanwhile, Kangana remained stern and refused to answer any questions.
