
Kabir Khan working with Vicky-Kartik soon? Director reveals
What's the story
Director Kabir Khan has been in discussions with Vicky Kaushal and Kartik Aaryan for potential future projects.
Speaking exclusively to News18, Khan praised the former, saying, "Vicky is one of the finest actors that we have. He's family to me."
"There's nothing concrete right now that can make me say that yes we're doing something together, but yes I've been speaking to him."

Khan added, "I would love to work with him. At the end of the day, we as directors and actors, keep discussing ideas," Khan said.
He also mentioned his discussions with Aaryan and actor Salman Khan for other projects.
"I keep ideating with Kartik too," he added.
Filmmaking process
Khan's current focus on development phase
Khan also revealed that he is currently in the development phase of his filmmaking process.
"I'm in - what I like to call - the development phase. There are two-three ideas that I've been very excited about," he said.
The director plans to take six to seven months off before jumping into production to fully develop these stories.
Upcoming release
Khan's 'My Melbourne' ready to release
Khan's short film Setara, featured in the My Melbourne anthology, will release in India on Friday.
The film is based on the true story of an Afghan cricketer, also named Setara, who was forced to flee Afghanistan after the Taliban takeover.
Khan learned about Setara's story at the Melbourne Film Festival where his film 83 bagged the Best Film award.
Khan last directed Chandu Champion in 2024.
