Angelina Jolie is loving the 'good crazy' after joining MCU
Angelina Jolie, who will be playing the role of Thena in the upcoming MCU phase 4 movie, Eternals, is loving the "good crazy" of joining a superhero franchise. Speaking about portraying a superhuman after being in Hollywood for over three decades, Jolie highlighted that she didn't imagine herself "running around in a gold bodysuit" in her 40s. But she doesn't mind it!

"I love this cast, and that we all came together. I signed up to support Chloé [Zhao]'s vision and Marvel's commitment to expand the way we see 'superheroes'," said Jolie, when asked about her experience filming the much-touted MCU flick. Director Zhao has also impressed Jolie's Eternals co-star Salma Hayek with camera angles and original locations, instead of making it all about green screens.
'Running in gold bodysuit wasn't how I imagined my forties'
Coming back to Jolie, the sultry star says she didn't envision spending her forties by being a part of an action movie. "Running around in a gold bodysuit was not how I imagined my forties. A quick look into Jolie's character, Thena's powers
Jolie's role of Thena is the personal representative of the Greek goddess Athena on Earth. Telekinesis, energy blast and mind control are few of the many superpowers this entity possesses. Thena, according to the Marvel comic line, was born Azura in Olympia and was renamed by her father Zuras to seal the treaty between Eternals and Olympians, thus making the Eternals the gods' representatives.
