Janhvi reveals the biggest lesson she learned from mother Sridevi
Late actress Sridevi was, undoubtedly, an epitome of love and grace and her sudden death has left an insatiable void. But her legacy continues to live in her daughter Janhvi Kapoor, who stepped into Bollywood with Karan Johar's 'Dhadak' this year. While she has a long way to go in Bollywood, Janhvi has revealed the biggest lesson she has learned from Sridevi.
Janhvi idolizes Sridevi's work ethics
During her recent interview with Bride Today, Janhvi revealed that the one thing she admired about Sridevi the most were her work ethics. She said Sridevi knew the trick to strike a perfect balance between personal and professional life. "Mom wasn't working for a large part of my childhood, I was in my teens when she did 'English Vinglish'. I idolize her work ethic," Janhvi said.
Sridevi was the embodiment of perfection
Janhvi further revealed that Sridevi was synonymous to perfection and always believed in giving her 100 per cent to everything- be it movies or family. "For films, she was like a horse with blinkers, and at home she was the best host and the most entertaining and fun person to be with," Janhvi added.
Janhvi doesn't like being compared with her mom
Ever since Janhvi has stepped into Bollywood, the diva has been facing comparisons with her mother in every aspect. However, the actress isn't pleased about these comparisons as she feels no one can be like Sridevi. "My mum holds such a strong space in people's heart and had a very personal connect. I don't think anyone can be like her," Janhvi said.
