Priyanka Chopra's old Juhu home now belongs to Jacqueline Fernandez
Jacqueline Fernandez's hunt for a new home has finally ended. The actor has moved in to international star Priyanka Chopra's old residence located in the posh Juhu locality of Mumbai. Chopra earlier lived there with her mother and brother before she got married to Nick Jonas and her family moved back to their Yari Road apartment. Here are more details on this.
The property costs Rs. 7 crore
The Juhu flat is a huge property with five bedrooms, and costs a whopping Rs. 7 crore. A source told Pinkvilla that Chopra no longer owns the house and has sold it. Notably, Fernandez is renting the house and has not purchased it. The sea-facing flat is situated in Juhu's KarmaYog building, and boasts of an expansive living area and balcony, the report adds.
The house hosted Chopra's wedding festivities
Chopra had tied the knot with American singer-actor Jonas in 2018. At that time, this flat hosted a number of her wedding festivities. She had moved in to the house in 2016 but spent a major chunk of her time after that in the US filming for her TV show Quantico. Chopra currently resides in the US with Jonas.
Fernandez has many projects in the pipeline
Separately, on the work front, Fernandez has many projects coming up soon. She is currently filming the horror-comedy Bhoot Police, also starring Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and Yami Gautam. She is also a part of Rohit Shetty-directed comedy movie Cirkus. She also reportedly has the sequel to Kick as well as Akshay Kumar-starrer Bachchan Pandey in the pipeline.
Real-estate becoming hot investment for Bollywood stars
Buying property seems to be the new in-thing in B-town with many celebrities making real-estate investments recently. Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor recently shifted to a new home in Mumbai. Apart from them, actor Janhvi Kapoor made headlines last month for buying an apartment worth a whopping Rs. 39 crore. Actress Kangana Ranaut also recently gifted property located in Chandigarh to her siblings.
