All the first look posters have just the first names of both of them; the surnames are conspicuously missing! Is this their answer to the nepotism debate? Kajol carries the legacy forward!
Most of us have always wondered about Kajol's missing surname. Even after getting married to Ajay Devgn, she didn't add the Devgn surname to her name. Kajol's mother, Tanuja has never used her surname in films and Kajol is the one carrying the legacy forward. Although her sister, Tanisha uses 'Mukherjee' but she's been credited as Kajol in all her films.
Tabu prefers it short and sweet
No one would've guessed that Tabu was born with a rather long name! Yes, you read that right, Tabu real name happens to be Tabassum Hashmi. Tabu is her pet name which she has now made her real name. She chose to use her pet name on celluloid too. As for her surname, she just dropped it!
Tusshar is no 'Kapoor'
The scion of the famous Kapoor family, Tusshar Kapoor, too followed his father Jitender's footstep by dropping his surname. Not many of us would know that Jitender's real name is Ravi Kapoor and therefore his daughter, Ekta writes her full name as Ekta Ravi Kapoor. Tusshar, right from his debut film 'Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai', has never used his Kapoor surname.
Prateik Babbar or Patil?
The world knows him as Prateik Babbar, the son of Raj Babbar and Smita Patil but after the release of his first film, Prateik dropped 'Babbar' from his name in all his subsequent films. The news came as a shocker to his father Raj Babbar. Although he doesn't share a great relationship with his father, there was a huge showdown in public.
