He's back! Suniel Shetty starts shooting for 'Hunter 2'
Actor Suniel Shetty has started filming for the second season of the action thriller series Hunter. The actor shared a glimpse of the shoot on his Instagram Story, re-sharing a post from director Prince Dhiman that featured the clapboard of the series. The first season of Hunter starred Shetty in the lead role as A.C.P Vikram. It's streaming on Amazon miniTV.
'Hunter' Season 1: A star-studded cast
Apart from Shetty, the first season of Hunter also featured Esha Deol, Rahul Dev, Barkha Bisht, Mihir Ahuja, Karanvir Sharma, Siddharth Kher, Gargi Sawant, and Pawan Chopra, among others. It follows the "dark alleys of Mumbai's crime world." The eight-part episodic series is produced by Yoodlee Films - the film division of Saregama India Limited - and directed by Dhiman and Alok Batra.

Shetty has several exciting projects lined up, including Welcome To The Jungle and The Legend of Somnath. The former co-stars his frequent collaborator Akshay Kumar. In an interview with ANI, the actor shared his excitement about The Legend of Somnath, revealing that the film is already complete with only some VFX work remaining. He also mentioned his involvement in the show Nanda Devi with Lionsgate. It is billed as an "explosive thriller."
