The 3,370 sq ft property is located on Juhu Tara Road in the Equest Condominium Housing Society.
As per property registration documents obtained by IndexTap.com, Impact Films Pvt Ltd owns the villa, which has been leased to the Qureshis on a monthly rent of ₹10 lakh.
