This 'Gangs of Wasseypur' actor joins 'Delhi Crime 3': Report
Netflix's critically acclaimed series, Delhi Crime, is all set to return with its third season. The International Emmy Award-winning show has now added Bollywood actor Huma Qureshi to its cast, reported Peeping Moon. While details about her character are still under wraps, the news has certainly piqued the interest of fans.
Qureshi's third collaboration with Netflix
Qureshi, known for her versatility, has an impressive body of work including films like Gangs of Wasseypur, Dedh Ishqiya, and web series like Maharani and Mithya. This will reportedly be her third collaboration with Netflix after the 2019 dystopian series Leila and Vasan Bala's neo-noir crime thriller Monica, O My Darling. The filming for Delhi Crime Season 3 is set to commence later this week in Delhi.
Shefali Shah to reprise her role as DCP Vartika Chaturvedi
The upcoming season of Delhi Crime will see Shefali Shah reprising her role as DCP Vartika Chaturvedi. Other returning cast members include Rasika Dugal, Rajesh Tailang, and Adil Hussain. Tanuj Chopra, who directed the previous season, will once again be at the helm of the new installment. Sudhanshu Saria, known for directing Ulajh, is attached as one of the key writers.
'Delhi Crime' Season 3 to explore human trafficking
