Diversified portfolio
Roshan's other ventures and real estate investments
Roshan, famous for his roles in movies like Koi Mill Gaya and Jodha Akbar, also dabbled in the fashion industry with his casual wear label HRx in 2013.
His ex-wife, interior designer Sussanne Khan, recently made headlines for leasing a fully furnished apartment in Mumbai's Jogeshwari West for ₹2.37 lakh per month.
The trend of Bollywood stars investing in commercial real estate is fueled by higher investment returns than residential properties.
