Hrithik to host Super 30 academy students who cracked IIT-JEE
Hrithik Roshan, who is currently immersed in the shooting of mathematician Anand Kumar's biopic titled 'Super 30', is planning to throw a party for the students of his academy who cracked the JEE-Advanced 2018. This year, 26 students of Anand's Super 30 academy have made him proud and Hrithik will be hosting them all.
The party will be on June 23
While talking to a news agency, Hrithik said that it was during the shooting of the film that he got a fair understanding of how tough these exams are. "Kudos to the students and their great mentor, Anand Kumar," he said. Thus, he wants to meet and congratulate all the hard-working students through this party.
Anand had started the academy in 2002 in Patna
Under the Super 30 programme, Anand annually coaches a batch of 30 financially weak students for JEE, the entrance examination for the Indian Institutes of Technology. He does not charge any fee for the same. The 30 students are selected on the basis of a test which is conducted by Anand's institute, Ramanujan School of Mathematics.
The film will be out next year
Directed by Vikas Bahl of 'Queen' fame, 'Super 30' is slated to hit the screens on January 25, 2019. It will be clashing with Emraan Hashmi starrer 'Cheat India' which also has education as its backdrop.
