Katrina to go on a vacation on her 36th birthday
Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif is turning a year older on July 16. The actress, who has had a hectic year so far, is planning to take a break on her 36th birthday. According to reports, she will be spending her day with her sisters and close friends, and will be taking "a few days' break and go somewhere nice and just enjoy myself."

In a recent interview with IANS, Katrina spilled beans about her birthday plans, and said that she wants to enjoy her vacation. "I will most likely go out for a few days with some of my friends and sisters, taking a few days' break and go somewhere nice and just enjoy myself," the Fitoor actress added. Now that sounds so peaceful!
Katrina always prefers a private style of birthday celebration
Interestingly, this plan is nothing different from Katrina's previous birthday celebrations. The Bharat actress doesn't follow Bollywood's general norm of celebrating birthdays in a lavish way. She prefers them private. "Birthdays for me are about having a good time with your loved ones. I don't believe in reminiscing too much. Every year I try and have a good time," she had stated once.
Katrina won hearts in her last two releases, 'Zero', 'Bharat'
On the work front, Katrina has had a hectic schedule for over a year now. The actress was seen in SRK-starrer Zero (released in December 2018) and then in Salman Khan's Bharat (released in June 2019). While Zero tanked miserably, Bharat became the second highest grossing Bollywood film of 2019 in its opening week. Meanwhile, Katrina's performances in both the movies were praised.

She had said once that roles that give her an opportunity to explore entice her. "I am eager to get my teeth into another character which will allow me the kind of level of performance I was able to experience in Bharat and Zero," she emphasized. Katrina will next be seen in Rohit Shetty's upcoming cop drama Sooryavanshi, opposite Akshay Kumar.
