Television diva Hina Khan, who is popularly known for portraying the role of Komolika in Kasauti Zindagi Kay and Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, has come a long way in her life. From sizzling photo shoots to her public appearances, the 31-year-old actress never fails to impress her fans. And recently, her Cannes look was turned into a doll. Here's more.
Earlier, Hina's Komolika also inspired a doll
Hina made her debut appearance at Cannes 2019 in a grey gown that stunned all the onlookers. And, even her Barbie look was a killer as she aced her first global appearance like a boss. Interestingly, this is not the first time that Hina has inspired dolls. Earlier, the actress was honored with a replica doll fashioned on her character Komolika.
Making dolls on celebrities is the 'in' thing
The trend of making look-alike dolls is a great way of showing love for your favorite celebrities. A few years ago, dolls of famous superstars like Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Hrithik Roshan, and Priyanka Chopra appeared online which totally created a buzz among hardcore fans. Moreover, Taimur Ali Khan's dolls also hit the market. However, Taimur's doll didn't impress his mother Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Meet Aisha Ali, who designed Hina's dolls
The dolls inspired by Hina Khan have been made by Chennai-based Aisha Ali. Previously, the doll-maker made dolls of Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone. Speaking on the latest addition, Aisha said, "I fell in love with Akshara, Hina's character in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Then, when I saw her in Kasautii Zindagii Kay as Komolika, she looked so refreshing."
Meanwhile, Hina has several projects in her kitty
Hina has turned into a busy bee. She will make her Bollywood debut with Vikram Bhatt's movie, something which the filmmaker confirmed himself. In an interview, Bhatt revealed Hina will be playing the role of an editor of a fashion magazine.
