'Hichki' 2nd day box-office collection stands at Rs. 8.65 crore

Rani Mukerji's comeback film 'Hichki' has been lapped up by the audience.
The film took a steady start on Friday and raked in Rs. 3.30 crore.
Riding on the positive word of mouth, the film's collection saw a phenomenal growth of 62.12 percent on the second day.
'Hichki' earned Rs. 5.53 crore on Saturday and now stands at a total of Rs 8.65 crore.

Rani returned to movies after a hiatus of two years
Rani was last seen in the 2014 hit 'Mardaani', after which the 40-year-old actress took a sabbatical of two years as she got married to Yash Raj Films head honcho Aditya Chopra and gave birth to their first child Adira.
Therefore, 'Hichki' is being termed as her comeback film of sorts.
It has been directed by Siddharth P Malhotra.
