The much-awaited sequel of the 2018 blockbuster film Raid, Raid 2, will hit theaters on May 1, 2025.
The flick, starring Ajay Devgn, Vaani Kapoor, and Riteish Deshmukh, will stream on Netflix after its theatrical run.
The official poster of Raid 2 unveiled Netflix as its streaming partner. However, the OTT release date is yet to be announced.

Devgn to reprise his role in 'Raid 2'
Devgn is all set to reprise his role as IRS Amay Patnaik in Raid 2.
The first-look poster of the movie was released on Monday, March 24, 2025, and it featured a serious and stoic Devgn.
The poster's caption read, "Naya Shehar. Nayi File. Aur Amay Patnaik Ki Ek Nayi Raid (New city. New file. And a new raid by Amay Patnaik)."
This sequel promises to take Patnaik's story ahead, with new twists and turns.
Teaser screening
'Raid 2' teaser to be screened with 'Sikandar'
The first teaser of Raid 2, starring Devgn, will be screened with Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna's Sikandar. This strategic move taps into Salman's massive festive audience, guaranteeing widespread visibility for the teaser.
A source close to the development told Pinkvilla, "While a digital launch will take place toward the end of next week, audiences will get to see it on the big screen from March 30."
Character roles
Kapoor and Deshmukh in pivotal roles in 'Raid 2'
While Kapoor will play a key role in Raid 2, Deshmukh will be the antagonist.
Speaking of which, an insider had earlier, "It is going to be a treat for the audience, as it has been a while since two powerhouses of talent indulged in a hero vs villain battle."
The film is directed by Raj Kumar Gupta and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak.
