#GameofThrones: Sansa Stark repeats Ned Stark's dialogue in new promo
Game of Thrones will air its final season in April, and as we reported, and the official release date for Season 8 will be revealed today. As we head towards the end of the show, we will find out who finally gets to sit on the Iron Throne. Amidst all this hype, fans have noticed a fascinating fact about the recently released promo.

Keeping their promise of making prominent characters meet for the first time, HBO's footage showed Daenerys Targaryen meet Sansa Stark, as the latter says, "Winterfell is yours, Your Grace". The Lady of Winterfell says these words with pain in her eyes as Daenerys smiles in an approving manner at getting the castle. Joining forces, the Targaryen and Stark army will face the White Walkers.

Observant fans point out the similar dialogues
While the new footage generated a lot of hype, some observant fans noticed the similarity in Sansa's dialogue and the one by her father Ned in the first episode of Season 1 itself. One fan even posted a tweet saying Sansa truly is her father's daughter. The clip shows Ned welcoming the then King Robert Baratheon saying, "Your Grace, Winterfell is yours".

Ned's expression, however, differs from Sansa
Despite the dialogues being similar, the expression is vastly different on the faces of Ned and Sansa Stark. While Sansa is clearly pained at turning over Winterfell to Daenerys, Ned was much happier saying those words to Robert. As we know, Ned was comfortable being the Warden of the North till Robert made him the King's Hand, leading to political complications in Westeros.
Things coming back full circle for 'Game of Thrones'
While the similarity in the dialogues is striking, it proves that Game of Thrones is indeed coming back full circle, as a new potential ruler once again arrives at Winterfell. Showmakers will be looking to tie up loose ends neatly in this exciting final season.
