The 'Queen' star, who is known for not mincing her words in real life, has shied away from the virtual world all this while.
Although many people have given many reasons for Kangana's absence from social media, the actress herself never gave one, until now.

Kangana cannot be pretentious
While talking to a news agency, Kangana said, "Sometimes your agents tell you just open an account and don't post, or let us post. That's not okay because I have not done anything in my life where I am not involved."
"I can't imagine the fact that I am being dishonest on some level that someone else is pretending to be me," she added.

"I am not on social media for many reasons and one of them is that I feel it's so consuming. People tell me, open an account because some of them can be brand queries, and they want you on social media; it's mandatory," Kangana said.
On the work front
Meanwhile, Kangana is busy with her upcoming projects
After the debacle of her last few films such as 'Rangoon', 'Simran', Kangana has now pinned all her hopes on 'Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi'.
She is also producing the ambitious film herself.
She also has a film called 'Mental Hai Kya' in her kitty which brings her together with her 'Queen' co-star Rajkummar Rao.
