Hardik Patel: Sunny Leone deserves as much respect as Sridevi-Madhuri
In a rather quirky statement, Patidaar leader Hardik Patel has said that in order to change for the better, the country needs to respect Sunny Leone as much as it does other mainstream Bollywood heroines. Patel was responding to query on his views on the 'Ragini MMS 2' actress during a press conference in Indore. Here's more on what he said.
Patel insisted for change in perception about Sunny
In Indore to announce a 'yatra' in Madhya Pradesh, Patel questioned that why cannot people view Sunny as an actress on-screen, independent of her old image of a porn star. He wants the nation to look at her the way it looks at Nargis, Sridevi, or Madhuri Dixit. Notably, Patel has spoken in Sunny's favor earlier as well.
Meanwhile, Sunny's name has cropped up in a Bitcoin scam
Sunny recently made headlines when her name came up in an alleged Bitcoin scam worth Rs. 2,000 crore. Media reports suggest that she could soon be questioned by the Enforcement Directorate regarding the same. She had apparently campaigned for a company owned by Amit Bhardwaj, who is an accused in the case.
