India's one of most celebrated singers Udit Narayan celebrates his 67th birthday today (December 1). He has rendered his soothing voice in several Hindi and many other language films. The singer, who was honored with three National Film Awards and five Filmfare Awards, has been entertaining his fans for more than three decades. Here are five of his unmissable numbers.
'Rabb Kare Tujhko Bhi'
Rabb Kare Tujhko Bhi from the film Mujhse Shaadi Karogi is a romantic number that has vocals by Narayan along with Alka Yagnik. Jalees Sherwani penned the song's lyrics, while the music director duo Sajid-Wajid composed its music. The film starring Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, and Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles was released in 2004 and was directed by David Dhawan.
'Aa Gaya Aa Gaya'
The 2002 movie Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam gave several hit songs and one of them is the disco number Aa Gaya Aa Gaya sung by Narayan. This film's music was also composed by the Sajid-Wajid duo and Sameer penned its lyrics.
