Ranveer Singh is the man of the hour, courtesy the massive success of his recent release Gully Boy. The movie, which is based on India's hip-hop culture, opened to rave reviews from the audience and has been setting box office on fire since day one. Given the tremendous success of Gully Boy, there are reports that the movie will soon be remade in Telugu.
Telugu producer Allu Arvind keen to make its remake
Media reports have suggested that Allu Arvind, noted film producer and distributor in Tollywood, has expressed interest in remaking Gully Boy in Telugu. According to the reports, Arvind is working on the idea of the remake and is planning to rope in Sai Dharam Tej to reprise Ranveer's role in it. However, an official announcement is still awaited.

Helmed by Zoya Akhtar, Gully Boy was the most anticipated release of the year and had created the right amount of noise among the movie buffs. 'Gully Boy' inspired by original Gully Boys Divine, Naezy
Gully Boy is the story of an underdog from Mumbai slums who makes it big in the music world with his rapping skills. The movie is inspired by the lives of renowned street rappers Vivian Fernandes aka Divine and Naved Shaikh aka Naezy. Naturally, Divine and Naezy hope the movie would help in bringing the much-needed attention towards hip-hop culture in India.
