Buzz: 'GoT' star Iain Glen joins Anupam Kher's new film
Scottish actor Iain Glen, best known for his role as Jorah Mormont in the hit HBO series Game of Thrones, has reportedly joined the cast of Anupam Kher's upcoming directorial venture Tanvi The Great. The film, which is currently being shot in Mumbai, is Kher's second directorial project after his 2002 debut Om Jai Jagdish. Here are more details on this.
Glen to play a substantial role in the film
According to sources quoted by Pinkvilla, Glen has already joined Kher on the sets of Tanvi The Great in Mumbai. "Glen will be playing a substantial role in the film. Anupam Kher has got all celebrated people in his team—from Oscar-winning MM Keeravani to do the music, to Academy Winner Resul Pookutty as Sound Designer, among many more," a source close to the development revealed.
Meet other crew members of the film
In March, Kher took to social media to announce his directorial. Apart from the above-mentioned crew members, Kher revealed in May that acclaimed action director Sunil Rodrigues has joined the team. Notably, Rodrigues is celebrated for his prowess as an action director in blockbuster films like Jawan, Pathaan, and Sooryavanshi. Meanwhile, apart from directing this film, Kher will also be seen in the upcoming YRF production, Vijay 69. The film is set to release directly on Netflix soon.
