The net collection of GOAT currently stands at an estimated ₹246.7cr, as per Sacnilk. The film had a Tamil occupancy rate of 17.02% on Wednesday, while Hindi occupancy in theaters was 6.85%. Despite the recent struggles, GOAT is ranked as the sixth highest-grossing Tamil movie and the 12th highest-grossing South Indian film to date.
'GOAT' has raked in nearly ₹450cr worldwide
The worldwide collection of GOAT is estimated to be between ₹447.6cr and ₹448.1cr, reflecting its global appeal. Directed by Venkat Prabhu, the film tells the story of a spy agent named Gandhi who works at the Special Anti-Terrorist Squad (SATS). The cast includes Vijay in dual roles, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prashanth Thyagarajan, Sneha Prasanna, Prabhu Deva, and Mohan with cameo appearances by cricketer MS Dhoni and South superstars Trisha and Sivakarthikeyan.
