GOAT has been a sensation since its release on September 5, setting records with its pre-release business and advance booking. In just three days, the film earned an impressive ₹103cr (nett) in India. The directorial venture of Prabhu recorded a phenomenal opening with ₹126cr (gross) worldwide. At the domestic box office, the film has amassed ₹137.2cr nett in four days, primarily driven by the Tamil version of the film.
'GOAT' saw a 2% increase in collection on Sunday
Compared to Day 3 numbers, Sunday (Day 4) saw a two percent increase in collection for GOAT. According to the tracking website Sacnilk, the film is estimated to have earned ₹34.2cr nett on Sunday, September 8. The Tamil version collected ₹30cr, while the Hindi and Telugu versions minted ₹2.7cr and ₹1.5cr nett, respectively. The film recorded an overall occupancy of 71.39% on September 8 with afternoon and evening shows showing high occupancy rates of over 77%.
