Mukesh Ambani and Nita's son Akash is all set to tie the knot with fiancee Shloka Mehta on March 9. Just like sister Isha's wedding, this is also going to be an extravagant affair. In fact, preparations for Akash-Shloka's big day have already begun. Meanwhile, the Ambanis also offered the first wedding invitation at Siddhivinayak Temple and the card is as royal as expected.
Ambanis offered first invitation to Lord Ganesha
Mukesh and Nita, accompanied by their younger son Anant, offered the very first wedding card to Lord Ganesha at the Siddhivinayak Temple in Prabhadevi (Mumbai). The happy mother Nita looked resplendent in her red and gold kurti and red embellished wide-legged pants, which she had paired with a silk dupatta. Mukesh kept it simple and wore a white shirt and black trousers.
Akash-Shloka's wedding card: Diary-like, contained in golden case
A video has gone viral on social media wherein Nita was seen offering the wedding card at the temple. It also provided a glimpse of the wedding invitation, which was packed in an exquisite box. The box contained a golden case that held the diary-like invitation card. Apparently, just like Isha-Anand, Akash-Shloka's wedding card will also have special messages for their respective families.

The wedding festivities to begin by February end
Though the wedding is next month, its festivities will begin by end of February with an extravagant bachelor party. The groom-to-be will host a three-day-long bachelor party in Switzerland's St Moritz February 23 onwards. Media reports also suggest that Akash's bachelor bash will be attended by around 500 guests, who will be flown to the destination in two aircraft booked by the Ambanis.
Akash-Shloka's wedding celebrations to be a three-day affair
After an extended bachelor's party, the couple will gear up for their wedding on March 9. The celebrations will be a three-day affair which will include the wedding, celebration of Mangal parv on March 10 followed by a grand wedding reception on March 11. Reportedly, the ceremonies will take place at Mumbai's Jio World Center and is expected to be a starry affair.
