The sequel to Ridley Scott's acclaimed Gladiator, Gladiator II, can currently be rented on Amazon Prime Video at a price of ₹119.

Gladiator II will be released for free for all Prime members on March 12, 2025, reported OTTPlay.
The film, starring Paul Mescal and Pedro Pascal, among others, hit theaters globally on November 15, 2024.

'Gladiator II' plot and supporting cast
The sequel picks up the story 16 years after the original Gladiator.
It centers on Lucius (Mescal), the son of Lucilla (Connie Nielsen), who is compelled to fight in the Colosseum after his home is seized by the tyrannical Emperors Geta and Caracalla.
Denzel Washington, Joseph Quinn, and Alexander Karim are also part of the cast.

Despite earning $435.2 million at the global box office, Gladiator II fell short of the $700 million required to break even.
The film also failed to win any awards during the award season, despite being nominated at the Golden Globes and the Oscars.
