According to a report, Fernandez portrays a dance mentor in the show, while her co-star Neil plays a music mentor to kids. The two characters are constantly at odds, forming the crux of the story. Neil's character in the series mirrors his real-life musical background. His father, Nitin, and grandfather, Mukesh, were renowned playback singers in Hindi cinema. The report also revealed that filming for the show is currently underway in Mumbai.
