French First Lady to make cameo in 'Emily in Paris'

The news was first reported by Elle magazine on Tuesday (local time). Macron will be appearing as herself and will be wearing her own clothing for her role, with no specific instructions given regarding her wardrobe, reportedly.
Macron's cameo idea dates back to 2022
The idea for Macron's cameo was originally conceived in 2022, according to Collins, the star of Emily in Paris. Collins and series creator Darren Star first discussed the possibility during a meeting with Macron at the Elysee Palace. "She is a big fan of the show and took the mention of her in Season 1 with great humor," said the 35-year-old actor.

Meanwhile, the fourth season of Emily in Paris continues to follow the dramatic and romantic life of marketing executive Emily Cooper.
