Ayushmann Khurrana: Has a band, gave music to several hits
From being a TV host to an actor, Ayushmann Khurrana has ventured into multiple fields. The actor is known for his movies like Vicky Donor, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan and Andhadhun. He is also known for his music, having delivered some notable songs like, Pani Da Rang, Mitti Di Khusboo, Saddi Gali and Dil-E-Nadaan. Ayushmann also performs in live shows with his band, Ayushmann Bhava.
Shraddha Kapoor: Grandniece of Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle
When it comes to new-age actors singing, one cannot ignore Shraddha Kapoor, who anyway comes from a musical family. Note, she is the grandniece of veteran singers Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle. So, the actress made good use of her lineage, and sang Galiyan from Ek Villain(2014), along with Ankit Tiwari. She also sang some songs for her musical drama, Rock On 2.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas: Collaborated with internationally famous singers
She's Miss World, an awesome actor, and a noted singer. Yes, we are talking of Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who has explored her singing abilities well in her field. In 2012, she collaborated with famous artists like Will.I.Am and Pitbull to churn out In My City and Exotic, respectively. Two years later, she came out with her version of I Can't Make You Love Me.
Shruti Haasan: Made music debut at 6, has rock band
Kamal Haasan's daughter, Shruti was a singer first, and then she turned to acting. One of the most sought-after actresses in the South, she made her music debut at the age of 6 with a composition of Ilaiyaraaja for her father's film, Thevar Megan. She is also the vocalist of an alternative rock band, The Extramentals, and has composed music for Unnaipol Oruvan.
Farhan Akhtar: Sang almost all songs of 'Rock On!!'
In 2008, Farhan Akhtar made his acting and singing debut in the musical film titled Rock On!! Songs like Meri Laundry, Tum Ho Toh and Sindbad the sailor were some of the tracks that made everyone notice Farhan's rockstar abilities. He also sang for films like Dil Dhadakne Do, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, etc. Farhan also tours with his own band called Farhan Live.
