With less than 10 days remaining for Indian television's most popular reality show to go on air, there have been huge speculations around the name of the contestants. While Salman Khan introduced comedienne Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa at the launch event, there's still a huge suspense around other names. So, here's our guess list of the other contestants.
Tina Datta: The 'Uttaran' star
One name which everyone is betting on, is Tina Datta. She made her way into the entertainment industry as a child artist and worked in movies like 'Chokher Bali' and 'Parineeta'. She made her debut as a grown-up actress in the supernatural show 'Koi Aane Ko Hai', but shot to fame with Colors TV show 'Uttaran'. Tina has also participated in 'Khatron ke Khiladi'.
Sreesanth: The controversial cricketer
Multiple reports have mentioned that Sreesanth is all set to join 'Bigg Boss 12'. The cricketer, who rose to fame after a match-winning catch in the final of the T20I World Cup 2007, has been in the limelight for all the wrong reasons. He was handed a life ban by BCCI for his alleged involvement in match-fixing. Since the ban, Sreesanth has been seen prominently in the entertainment industry.
Karanvir Bohra: The 'Naagin' actor
Although Karanvir Bohra has declined the offer to feature in the show previously, there are rumors that he would take it up this time. He was last seen in the sequel of Colors TV show 'Naagin'. "I think I'm the only actor who has been constantly approached. I feel privileged, but this time also I'm not doing the show," the actor had earlier said.
Tanushree and Ishita: The Dutta duo
This Dutta duo is almost certain to enter the 'Bigg Boss' house as a jodi. Notably, Tanushree Dutta was seen in the early 2000s movies like 'Aashiq Banaya Aapne' and 'Chocolate'. However, she has been missing from the industry since then, and has been living in the US. Her younger sister Ishita was seen in 'Drishyam' and 'Firangi' opposite Kapil Sharma.
Dipika Kakkar of 'Sasural Simar Ka' fame
Remember the 'Sasural Simar Ka' actress who could turn into a fly? Yeah, Dipika Kakkar is all set to enter the 'Bigg Boss' house and create a buzz. It is rumored that she would be paired opposite Karanvir Bohra as both of them would go without their spouses. Further, Kakkar is reportedly charging a whopping Rs. 16 lakh for her stay in the house.
Scarlett M Rose: The sultry diva
Last but not the least, we have heard the 'Splitsvilla' girl Scarlett Rose would enter 'Bigg Boss 12' solo. It remains to be seen how the sultry diva is going to raise temperatures inside the house.
