Farhan on teaming up with Priyanka again: We're still friends

What's the story

Farhan Akhtar and Priyanka Chopra shared a lovely onscreen chemistry in their last film together, Dil Dhadakne Do (2015). And the duo is all set to recreate the magic with their new flick, The Sky is Pink. Just a few days back, the cast and crew of the film had a wrap-up party. And, here's what Farhan said about working with PeeCee again.

In a recent interview, Farhan said, "Nothing has changed since the time when we were working together on Don. We were friends. When working on The Sky is Pink, it's the same feeling, that we are friends who are teaming up." Further commenting on Priyanka's career, he added, "she has constantly grown from strength to strength and has reinvented herself."

And it’s a wrap. This movie is special to me on so many levels. 'The Sky is Pink' will release on October 11, 2019

The Sky is Pink is an upcoming biography film, based on the life of late motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary. The film, helmed by Shonali Bose, stars the talented Zaira Wasim as Aisha, and Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar in the role of her parents. A production of RSVP and Roy Kapur Films, it is slated for release on October 11, 2019.
