'Housefull 5': Akshay, Abhishek, Riteish pose in first cast photo
The upcoming film Housefull 5, the latest addition to the popular Housefull franchise, is currently being shot on a cruise. On Thursday, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment—the producers—shared a picture of the entire ensemble cast on social media. The photo features Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Fardeen Khan, among others. The caption read: "The team of #Housefull5 cruising their way to y'all."

'Housefull 5' has a star-studded cast
As evident through the photo, the film also stars Dino Morea, Jacqueline Fernandez, Johny Lever, Ranjit, Chitrangada Singh, Nargis Fakhri, Chunky Panday, Sonam Bajwa, and Shreyas Talpade. Other films in the series include Housefull (2010), Housefull 2 (2012), Housefull 3 (2016), and Housefull 4 (2019). Despite mixed reviews, all the films have been bonafide commercial hits.
'Housefull 5' cast braves rough sea conditions for shoot
Despite facing challenging sea conditions, the team has continued filming. Reportedly, the cruise is currently located between Spain and France. Some crew members and actors reportedly fell ill due to strong winds, but the team soldiered on. The current shooting schedule began in September 2024 and is expected to last for 45 days. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Housefull 5 is set to hit theaters on June 6, 2025.
