Sameer, who claims to be the eyewitness of Shweta's alleged sexual harassment incident, rubbished her claims. He agreed that Shweta came to Empire studios in 2001. But, he said not just Anu, he was also present for the voice test. "Shweta requested if she can sing in some other room but Anuji said that I want Sameerji to also hear your voice," Sameer added.

Sameer further added that Anu was all praises for Shweta's voice. "After hearing her voice, Anuji said, You have a good voice and I will definitely know for future projects," Sameer stated. He then said that Shweta had left after this conversation. Sameer also emphasized that it is shocking to see how "people can pass comments without any proof".
