'Ending Things': Amazon buys Anthony Mackie, Priyanka Chopra's action-adventure film
Priyanka Chopra will be seen next in an action-adventure extravaganza called Ending Things opposite Marvel star Anthony Mackie. Now, a latest report suggests the project has been bagged by Amazon Studios. Directed by Kevin Sullivan, the film is set around an assassin (Chopra) who wants to quit the profession and also end things with her "partner in crime," played by Mackie.

The project was announced in early February, much to the glee of fans. While Chopra has perfectly essayed multiple action roles throughout her career, in Bollywood or in the West, it'll be interesting to see her portray a hit-woman onscreen. Her chemistry with Mackie, who enjoys wide popularity for his stint in the MCU, is also something to look forward to.
Script is said to be like 'True Lies'
Amazon Studios has bought Sullivan's speculative script, reported Deadline. The script is said to be on the lines of hit film True Lies (1994), where Arnold Schwarzenegger played a slick government agent who pretends to live as a mild-mannered computer salesman. When he finds out his wife is maybe having an affair, he must juggle high-danger terrorists and his equation with his wife together.
Here is exact storyline for 'Ending Things'
Coming to the exact plot for Ending Things, Chopra and Mackie will be playing business-cum-romantic partners. When Chopra's character plans to quit the assassination industry, she also has to break up with her partner which, she realizes, she would rather not do. As per Deadline, the Hollywood film will follow the duo trying to mend personal equations on their last mission together.
Both actors have multiple projects coming up
Mackie's Make It With Gravy Productions, along with Davis Entertainment, Lit Entertainment, and Inspire Entertainment are producing the upcoming movie. Chopra will act as an executive producer under the Purple Pebble Pictures banner. The Bollywood actor has Text For You, Secret Daughter, and AGBO Amazon limited series Citadel coming up. Mackie (Altered Carbon) will appear in Desert Warrior and the fourth Captain America movie.
