Actress Emma Watson tweets support for Kathua victim's lawyer

'Harry Potter' star Emma Watson today came out in support of Kathua rape victim's lawyer Deepika Singh Rajawat.
Much to everybody's surprise, the British actress took to Twitter and wrote: "All power to Deepika Singh Rajawat."
Deepika has become an Internet celebrity of sorts after an image of her wearing the lawyer's robe, walking confidently and being flanked by men went viral.

In February, Emma donated a million pounds to support the victims of sexual abuse under a fund called 'Go Fund Me' which aims to make their lives better. She was also among the first ones to speak up against disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.

Meanwhile, Deepika is trending for all the right reasons
Deepika is representing the family of the eight-year-old girl who was raped, tortured and murdered in the Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.
She has been in the limelight ever since she took up the sensitive case.
"Can't stop being amazed by the courage shown by Deepika Rajawat," wrote Shivam Vij on Twitter.
"The country needs more fearless women like her," opined another user.

However, the road is not an easy one for Deepika
In an interaction with a news agency, Deepika opened up on receiving threats and being branded as an anti-Hindu.
"Today, I don't know, I am not in my senses. I can be raped, I can be killed and may be they won't allow me to practice in court. They have isolated me, I don't know how I can survive," the advocate had said.
