Composer Clément Ducol and singer-songwriter Camille, along with their co-writer, director Jacques Audiard, took home the Academy Award for Best Original Song for El Mal from the musical drama Emilia Pérez.

Performed by Zoe Saldaña (who won the Best Supporting Actress Oscar), the song unfolds during a lavish gala scene, where her character delivers a scathing critique of the elite.
