What's the story

The popular track "Dil Toh Pagal Hai" from the late 90's classic film by Yash Chopra with the same name has been re-rendered. The new version, in collaboration with Vishal Dadlani, has been sung by 6 Pack Band 2.0 comprising six specially-abled children. The track has been recreated by Shameer Tandon, with additional lyrics by popular lyricist Kumaar. Here's more.

Music, a medium

Music has a quality to send a message: Vishal

Speaking at the song launch yesterday evening, the composer said, "If we can make important things reach people through this medium, it'll be very nice." When asked if such causes can be highlighted through Bollywood films and songs, Dadlani said that it should be done, as music is not just entertainment, it also has a quality to send a message to people's hearts.

Talented young voices

Dadlani impressed by the children's talent

Dadlani said he was very impressed by children's talent as they sing better than him. He added that he is honored to be part of it. 6 Pack Band 2.0 is curated by Shameer Tandon and conceived and produced by Ashish Patil of Y-Films. The project hopes to effect a positive social change through the inspiring and fascinating stories of the six band members.
